Role Overview

We're looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our online store operations across major marketplaces from listings and pricing to performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, keywords)
- Monitor and update pricing across platforms to stay competitive and profitable
- Shipment planning to Amazon FBA and other Quick Commerce warehouses
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, design, operations) to ensure listings and stock are accurate
- Identify and fix listing errors, pricing mismatches, or content gaps
- Stay updated on platform policies, promotions,



and algorithm changes

- Zepto (Prior hands-on experience with these platforms is a strong plus)

Skills & Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations/listings/marketplace management
- Proactive and self-driven - comfortable taking initiative without waiting for instructions

- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible startup environment
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and platform updates

- Valuable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Basic knowledge of AI tools is a plus: comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for content ideas, listing copy, image creation/editing, and quick research will be valued
