We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace optimization, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, and the company website.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock shortages.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare regular performance dashboards.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to improve online sales.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
