Job Role-

Manage daily operations across major online platforms like (Instagram, Facebook, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho). Listing the various products in different platforms with details and descriptions. Join us to contribute to our growth in the fashion e-commerce sector while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities-

- Handle day-to-day operations on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart and dealing online platforms like- Instagram and Facebook.
- Make a post on daily basis, manage the clothing website.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and updated regularly.
- Coordinate with the owner and the team regarding inventory.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track order fulfillment and address any issues that arise during the shipping process.




- Work closely with warehouse staff and courier partners to ensure timely delivery and logistics management.
- Make a record on daily basis for inventory, post, customer query if any and update to the team of house of kalka.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
- Must have knowledge in how to listed a product on company website and mentioned all the details of that product in website.

Skills Required-

Fashion E-commerce Experience: Understanding of the fashion industry and its specific e-commerce dynamics.

- Robust Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
- Good Communication & Coordination Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
