Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic E-Commerce Intern to support our marketplace performance initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with top marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and Blinkit, while contributing to real campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement. High performers may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns on major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, and more.

● Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation to improve campaign reach and conversions.

● Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, sales conversions, and prepare detailed reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

● Collaborate with the creative team to craft engaging product content, descriptions, and promotional strategies tailored for e-commerce platforms.





● Keep up with marketplace trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually refine campaign strategies.

● Provide operational and administrative support to the e-commerce and marketing teams as needed.

Qualifications

● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, B.Tech, or a related field. B.Tech students are especially encouraged to apply.

● Valuable understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart and ads.

● Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, including data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

● Passion for numbers, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing campaigns.

● Immediate availability to join and work from our Kirti Nagar office for a duration of 6 months.
