We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to support business requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Experience: 4+ Years (or as per project requirement)

Location: Bangalore, Pune Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.

Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, actions, and integrations.

Implement and optimize the Dynamics 365 security model, including roles, teams, and field-level security.

Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.

Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring best practices and coding standards.





Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

Must Have

Robust experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Expertise in

Dynamics 365 Concepts (Schema, Relationships, Form Customization)

JavaScript

Plugins

Custom Workflows & Actions

Security Model

Integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization.

Good to Have Skills

Candidates should possess experience in at least two of the following:

Azure Functions

Azure Application Insights

Power BI

Data Migration

Power Apps Canvas Apps

Power Automate

Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
