Requirements:

1. Requirements Analysis Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Understand CRM business processes and customer journey workflows.

Participate in requirement gathering and solution walkthrough sessions.

Identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

2. Test Planning & Design Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test cases.

Design end-to-end business process test scenarios.

Create and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Prepare test data and test execution schedules.

3. Functional Testing Validate Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including:

o Sales o Customer Service o Marketing o Field Service o Customer Insights

Verify standard and customized CRM functionalities.

Validate workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.

4. End-to-End Business Process Testing Test complete business processes such as:

o Lead to Opportunity o Chance to Quote o Quote to Order o Case Management o Customer Service Lifecycle

Validate business rules and automation processes.

5. Integration Testing Test integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and:

o ERP systems o Power Platform o Azure services o Third-party applications

Validate API responses, data flow, and synchronization.

6. Data Validation & Migration Testing Verify data migration from legacy systems.

Validate customer, account,



contact, and transaction data.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

Perform source-to-target reconciliation.

7. Regression Testing Execute regression testing after enhancements and releases.

Validate existing functionality is not impacted by changes.

Support release validation activities.

8. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support business users during UAT execution.

Prepare UAT scenarios and test data.

Track issues and coordinate defect resolution.

Obtain business sign-off for deployments.

9. Defect Management

Log and track defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

Retest defect fixes and perform impact analysis.

Participate in defect triage meetings.

Ensure timely defect closure.

10. Security & Access Validation

Validate security roles and user permissions.

Test role-based access controls.

Verify record ownership and sharing mechanisms.

Ensure compliance with security requirements.

11. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain testing documentation and evidence.

Prepare daily/weekly status reports.

Track testing metrics and defect trends.

Provide test summary and go-live readiness reports.

Work Exeperience - 5 to 8+ Years (4+ Years in D365 F&O;).
