You will deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations — from requirements workshops to go-live — working as an active hands-on contributor within our project teams and alongside our European, US, and Asian clients. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role that requires technical and functional expertise along with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Participate in full-cycle D365 CE implementations across Sales and Customer Service (Field Service and/or Marketing a plus)
Take part in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications
Configure and customise D365 CE: entities, forms, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, dashboards
Execute data migration plans and integration solutions as part of the project team
Provide functional guidance to clients and support them throughout project delivery
Work alongside development teams on customisation requirements and technical reviews
Support UAT, prepare training materials, and contribute to smooth go-live transitions
Maintain structured project documentation across the full engagement lifecycle Required Skills
4+ years of hands-on D365 CE experience in a consulting or systems integrator environment
Strong command of at least two CE modules (Sales, Customer Service) Experience with integrations (APIs, SAP) Advanced English — C1 level, confident in client presentations and written communication Flexibility to adapt working hours to client time zones (Europe, US, or Asia depending on project) Microsoft D365 certifications (MB-210, MB-230, MB-910) are a strong plus ALIANDO is an equal-chance employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
