Team Lead / Assistant Manager | Level 1 Support

Join our growing team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Finance & Operations) and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our enterprise ERP ecosystem. What You'll Do

As part of our Dynamics 365 Support & Operations team, you will:

✅ Manage and resolve Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations support requests through JIRA.

✅ Provide Level 1 functional support and troubleshoot business-critical issues.

✅ Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365 and Azure environments.

✅ Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions to improve system performance.

✅ Partner with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

✅ Configure Dynamics 365 modules and workflows to support evolving business needs.

✅ Support testing and validation activities for Microsoft release updates and system enhancements.

✅ Collaborate with Microsoft Support and external partners to resolve complex issues.

✅ Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.

✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help maximize business value from Dynamics 365.





What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce, or a related field.

✔ Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with end-to-end process understanding.

✔ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Certification (or equivalent).

✔ Experience working in application support, ERP support, or helpdesk environments.

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

✔ 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting, Support, or ERP Implementation.

✔ Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

✔ Understanding of integrations, data migration, and ERP best practices.

✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
