About the Role

SkipperSeil Limited is looking for an experienced Manager Control Design to lead the design and development of control systems for power transformers. The role involves designing transformer control panels, automation systems, protection interfaces, and monitoring solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop transformer control systems, marshalling kiosks, OLTC, cooling control, and protection interface panels.
- Prepare control schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Develop automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, HMI, and RTU.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, IS, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Testing, Quality, and Project teams.
- Provide technical support during FAT, SAT, commissioning, and field troubleshooting.
- Review vendor drawings,



support customer inspections, and mentor the control design team.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related discipline.

Experience

- 8–15 years in Control Design, Automation, Protection & Control, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Power Transformer Manufacturing is preferred.
- Candidates from Substation Automation, Switchgear, EPC, Electrical Equipment, Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, or Process Industries are also encouraged to apply.
