Key Responsibilities include

- Strong command of Duck Creek configuration layers: base configuration, product configuration, and custom extensions.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET for Duck Creek Billing custom component development.
- Deep understanding of P&C; insurance billing concepts including premium billing, agency vs. direct bill, cancellation/reinstatement, non-pay workflows, and audit billing.
- Experience with Duck Creek Studio and the Duck Creek platform architecture (OnDemand preferred).
- Proven ability to operate effectively within Agile teams and contribute to sprint ceremonies.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reporting queries, and database troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating Duck Creek Billing with third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Paymentus, ACI) and GL systems.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Duck Creek Certified Skilled (Billing track)



or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Experience with Duck Creek Policy or Claims in addition to Billing.
- Familiarity with Duck Creek OnDemand (SaaS) deployment model and cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- Prior experience in a staff augmentation or consulting delivery model.
- Exposure to modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and containerization.
- Background in large carrier or MGA environments with high-volume billing processing requirements.
