The Factory Workplace Endpoint Architect is responsible for the architecture,
standards, and technology roadmap for workplace devices operating within manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics operations, and shopfloor environments. The role owns the architectural direction of Windows LTSC endpoints,
Ivanti-based endpoint management services, SOTI-managed mobile devices, software deployment standards, patch governance, device security baselines, and workplace lifecycle management. The architect acts as the technical authority for all factory workplace solutions and ensures secure, reliable, and operationally stable endpoint services across industrial environments.
Architecture
Governance Act as Design Authority for Factory Workplace technologies.
Lead technical reviews and architecture assessments.
Evaluate current technologies supporting manufacturing workplace services.
Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps.
Approve exceptions to workplace architecture standards.
Participate in Enterprise Architecture Review Boards.
