Cybrom is looking for a passionate and experienced DSA Trainer to mentor students in Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, and Coding Interview Preparation. The trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training, conducting coding sessions, and preparing students for placements at leading product and service-based companies. Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on DSA concepts.

Teach Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Heaps, and Agile Programming.

Train students in algorithm design and optimisation techniques.

Conduct coding challenges, mock interviews, and hackathons.

Guide students on platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, and CodeChef.

Evaluate assignments, projects, and coding assessments.

Support students in placement preparation and interview readiness.





Required Skills

Strong knowledge of C++, Java, or Python.

Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Experience with competitive programming or coding interview preparation.

Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Qualification

B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, or related degree.

1–5+ years of experience in DSA training, software development, or technical mentoring.

Preferred

Experience training students for product-based company interviews.

Active coding profile on LeetCode, CodeChef, Codeforces, or HackerRank.

Experience conducting coding contests and hackathons.

Salary
