We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our Fresh Produce Division at our Purkaji, Muzaffarnagar facility. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in food safety and quality control, especially in handling fresh fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens.

? Key Responsibilities – Implement and monitor HACCP protocols across procurement and handling stages

– Conduct quality checks for incoming and outgoing produce





– Assist in defect grading and analysis of fresh and leafy vegetables

– Maintain audit-ready documentation for FSSAI and export compliance

– Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure food safety standards

? Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related field

– Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations

– Familiarity with fresh produce handling and grading protocols

– Robust documentation and observation skills
