We are looking for a passionate and energetic Speech & Drama Trainer to conduct engaging and interactive sessions for school students. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and performance skills, a flair for theatre and storytelling, and the ability to inspire confidence and creativity among young learners. The trainer will be responsible for delivering speech and drama sessions, preparing students for performances, and creating a fun, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that nurtures self-expression and public speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Speech & Drama sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.

Introduce students to theatre fundamentals, improvisation, storytelling, role play, and character development.

Prepare students for annual day performances, competitions,



presentations, and showcases.

Assess student progress, maintain records, and monitor students during assemblies and dispersal.

Coordinate with the school and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, performances, and other requirements.

Prior experience teaching Speech & Drama, Theatre, Public Speaking, or Performing Arts to children is preferred.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom experience.
