Role Description This is a full-time, in office Draftswoman role based in Ahmedabad. The Draftswoman will prepare and revise technical drawings and layouts for industrial piping, mechanical structures, and fabrication works, following engineering inputs and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting sketches and design briefs, creating detailed CAD drawings, maintaining drawing records and documentation,



and coordinating with project engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and constructability.

The role also involves updating drawings based on site feedback, supporting the preparation of as-built documentation, and adhering to company standards and safety guidelines in all design outputs.

Qualifications Ability to create and modify detailed technical drawings and layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).

Knowledge of mechanical and industrial design principles, including piping layouts, fabrication details, and basic structural concepts.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy in dimensioning and annotation, and commitment to documentation and record-keeping.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineers, site supervisors, and project coordinators.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or EPC/MEP projects is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to project timelines, priorities, and safety requirements.

Basic understanding of industry standards and safety practices related to engineering drawings and site execution.
