We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dotnet Developer to build, maintain, and optimize the server-side components of modern web applications. In this role, you will develop APIs, manage databases, implement business logic, and ensure applications are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building reliable backend systems, and working with up-to-date development technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.

Build scalable and secure server-side applications.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.

Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend performance issues.

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

0–3 years of experience in backend development (internships are welcome).





Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, Go, or PHP.

Experience with RESTful APIs and backend architecture.

Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Understanding of authentication methods including JWT and OAuth.

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment workflows is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Laravel, or ASP.NET Core.

Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployment.

Understanding of microservices architecture and API gateways.

Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Basic understanding of message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
