.NET Developer (Fresher to Experienced) Required Skills

Freshers

- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server and database fundamentals
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git
- Basic debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and willingness to learn

Experienced (2+ Years)
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Solid knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET
- Proficiency in SQL Server, query optimization, and stored procedures
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React (preferred)
- Knowledge of Azure services, IIS deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools
- Understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Code practices
- Robust debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills




- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred candidate profile Preferred Candidate Profile .NET Developer (Fresher to Experienced)

- B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, and OOP concepts are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates (1–5+ years) with hands-on experience in .NET technologies are preferred.
- Good understanding of Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, or React is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work from the office and adapt to project requirements.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
