Role Summary The DMA Dealer will be responsible for executing institutional client orders through Direct Market Access (DMA) platforms, ensuring timely execution, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with Sales, Trading, Operations, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute institutional client orders accurately and efficiently through DMA platforms.
- Monitor and manage order flow, modifications, cancellations, and trade confirmations.
- Coordinate with Institutional Sales, Trading, Operations, and Compliance for smooth execution.
- Resolve client queries and trading-related issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Prepare daily trade reports and execution MIS.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in Institutional Trading/DMA Dealing.
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Indian equity markets, DMA platforms, and exchange regulations.
- Robust communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
