Role Description The Freshers - Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search. Daily tasks include creating and editing marketing content, monitoring campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and supporting lead-generation activities for trading and investment services.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, help manage online brand presence, and learn to use digital tools and analytics platforms under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret basic campaign data and understand market trends.
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and engaging with clients or prospects.




- Creativity Skills for developing engaging content, social media posts, and campaign ideas.
- Interest and foundational knowledge in Marketing and Sales to support digital initiatives and lead-generation efforts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing, online advertising) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with strong interest in digital marketing are welcome.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and willingness to learn marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage tasks independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
