TCF Quality Operations

Responsibility

•Create and maintain safety awareness in Junior Engineers & Associates.

•Support Engineers in closure of safety issues and SOT Observations.

•Identify training needs, Review Skill matrix on timely Basis. Monitoring and Achieving Plan Vs. Actual TNI.

•Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PPSR.

•Review tool, equipment or facility requirement and calibration and follow up for the same on monthly basis.

•Conduct layered audits as per schedule and ensure closer of open points and improvement based on LA. Check LA done by Engineers and guide for improvements.

•Drive to resolve TCF & CARE Line Quality issues

Educational Qualification, experience, Technical skills -

BE/B.Tech with 3-7 years of experience

Sound knowledge of cars, assembly process & TCF line inspection processes

Excellent speaking and writing ability

English reading and writing ability and verbal communication skills

Should have Four-wheel RTO Driving License
