- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.

- Coordinate with production and stores for the availability of finished goods.

- Arrange vehicles by coordinating with approved transporters based on delivery schedules.

- Maintain knowledge of state-wise transporters, routes, and freight requirements.

- Ensure proper loading, packaging, and dispatch of finished goods without damage.

- Verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport records before shipment.

- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.

- Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and daily dispatch reports.

- Coordinate with customers and the Sales team regarding dispatch schedules and delivery status.

- Resolve transportation and dispatch-related issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory transport regulations.

- Monitor transporter performance and recommend improvements in logistics efficiency.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce transportation costs and improve dispatch accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
