We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Executive to coordinate and oversee the timely dispatch of goods, vehicles, or personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient route planning, maintain communication with drivers and clients, and ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities for vehicles, goods, or personnel.
- Plan and optimize routes for timely deliveries or pickups.
- Maintain communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor vehicle locations and statuses using GPS or other tracking systems.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide updates regarding dispatch schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage scheduling changes and troubleshoot any logistical issues that arise.
- Liaise with the maintenance team for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Support other logistics functions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of traffic rules, safety regulations, and route planning.
- Valid driving license (if required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
