The majority of the members shall consist of people with disabilities. Members may also be a member of the immediate family of a person with a disability.
Alternate members shall have the right to attend meetings, speak and participate in sub committees. They may make motions to vote only in the absence of an appointed Commission member. Note - there are no incumbents for the following open positions.
