We are looking for a proper headhunter who will work directly with a VP Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hiring across digital infrastructure, AI and technology.
You must be able to:
- Map markets properly
- Find candidates others cannot
- Build interest from a cold start
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Manage senior candidates through to close
- Run a highly organised, systematic desk
- Keep every search, follow-up and pipeline under control
- Use AI properly across research, sourcing and outreach
- Own the hiring process with meticulous organization and consistency.
This is not a job-board / advert response role. Calling an agency for help isn't in your vocabulary. We need someone commercial minded, relentless in pursuit, credible with senior people and capable of closing difficult searches.
The expectation is straightforward:
