Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the University's placement strategy and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with leading corporates and industry partners.
- Drive internship and placement opportunities across all schools and programs.
- Mentor and lead the placement team to achieve institutional placement goals.
- Develop industry collaborations, MoUs, and employer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor placement performance, student employability, and recruitment outcomes.

- Proven leadership experience in Placement, Career Services, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Corporate Relations.
