Director – Product Management (Enterprise Endpoint Management)

Location: Noida (Remote)

Reporting To: Vice President – Product / Chief Product Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director – Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Enterprise Endpoint Management platform. This leadership role will drive the development of next-generation endpoint management capabilities that enable organizations to securely manage, automate, and optimize enterprise devices at scale.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Enterprise SaaS, Endpoint Management, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Product Strategy. Working closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, and Enterprise Customers, this leader will shape innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, security, compliance, and digital employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities -

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for Enterprise Endpoint Management.
- Drive product strategy aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
- Identify emerging trends in Endpoint Management, Digital Workplace, AI-driven IT Operations, and Enterprise Automation.
- Develop business cases and investment priorities for current product capabilities.

Product Development & Execution
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from discovery, planning, design, development, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
- Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and release plans.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure product quality, reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness.

Customer & Market Leadership
- Build deep understanding of enterprise customer requirements through interviews, advisory councils,



usability testing, and product feedback.
- Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer adoption patterns, and product usage analytics.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with enterprise customers, IT administrators, MSPs, and strategic partners to influence product direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX Design, Architecture, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and regional teams.
- Drive alignment across distributed global teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and executive reporting.

Data-Driven Product Management
- Utilize product telemetry, customer analytics, dashboards, and operational metrics to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Define KPIs for product adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and commercial success.
- Drive continuous product improvement through experimentation and data-driven insights.

Leadership & Innovation
- Mentor Product Managers and cross-functional teams to foster innovation and product excellence.
- Champion Agile product development methodologies and customer-centric product practices.
- Promote AI-enabled automation, workflow optimization, and intelligent endpoint management capabilities.
- Build scalable product frameworks supporting future platform growth.

Desired Profile

Experience

- 8+ years of Product Management experience within Enterprise Software or B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience building and scaling Enterprise Endpoint Management or IT Operations products.
- Strong exposure to Endpoint Management, Device Management, Enterprise Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams in Agile environments.
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering and product organizations.
