Iqrup Ritz is a design-led luxury interiors and furniture brand working with discerning homeowners, architects, and interior designers. We're looking for a Business Development & Sales professional to grow our client base, deepen industry relationships, and drive revenue through high-touch, consultative selling.

This is a front-facing role for someone who understands luxury, design, and people .

What You'll Do

Drive new business and sales growth for the studio and made-to-order furniture collections Build and nurture relationships with HNW clients, architects, and interior designers Manage the full sales journey: enquiry consultation proposal closure Represent the brand in studio meetings, site visits, and design discussions Work closely with founders, design, and marketing teams to convert leads Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-up discipline using CRM/tools Identify repeat and referral opportunities within the design ecosystem





Who This Role Is For A relationship-driven sales professional from luxury interiors, furniture, real estate, lifestyle, or design brands Comfortable selling high-value, bespoke products with longer decision cycles Confident, articulate, and trusted by clients and architects alike Process-aware but people-first Motivated by quality, not volume selling

Skills

5–8 years in business development or sales roles Strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management Prior exposure to architects, designers, or HNWI clients is a robust advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills Organised, disciplined with follow-ups and pipelines Tools: Excel / Google Sheets, CRM systems
