Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Architect (Multi-Cloud | Datacenter | SRE) 17+ Years only

About the Role

We're looking for a Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Architect to lead the architecture, automation, and reliability of enterprise-scale infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, and global datacenter environments .

This is a hands-on technical leadership role , not a people-management-only position. You'll define target-state architecture while remaining deeply involved in solving complex production challenges. Automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, AI-driven operations, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) are core to how we build and operate our platforms.

What You'll Do

- Architect enterprise-scale infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, and datacenters.
- Design highly available, secure, and scalable cloud platforms using industry best practices and Well-Architected frameworks.
- Lead architecture decisions balancing performance, resilience, security, scalability, and cost.
- Design hybrid networking using Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, Transit Gateway, SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, Arista, or Juniper technologies.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform/OpenTofu , supported by GitOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive automation-first operations using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD/Flux, Python/Go, and modern engineering practices.




- Champion SRE principles by defining SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Design enterprise observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Splunk, or ELK.
- Build AI-assisted operational capabilities including anomaly detection, event correlation, and intelligent root cause analysis.
- Mentor senior infrastructure and platform engineers while serving as the highest technical escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.

What We're Looking For
- 15–18+ years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years in Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Senior SRE roles.
- Experience working with global organizations supporting multiple customers or business units .
- Deep hands-on expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Solid experience designing enterprise networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Advanced Infrastructure-as-Code expertise with Terraform/OpenTofu .
- Production Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
- Strong automation skills using Python, Go, or Bash .
- Proven experience leading major production incidents, defining SLOs,



and improving operational reliability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- CCNP/CCIE Data Center (or equivalent)
- TOGAF
