- Deep expertise in AI technologies, platform architecture, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Proven leadership skills, including Agile and servant leadership, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects through senior governance forums.
- Expertise in risk management, financial oversight,



and stakeholder collaboration and negotiation.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to building a scalable, effective, and resilient AI platform that drives business transformation.
