About The Job:

We are hiring a Director Finance & Accounting for one of our prestigious clients in the Staffing & IT Services industry. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can drive financial excellence, statutory compliance, and strategic business operations.

Essential Job Functions:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Finance & Accounting function, including Financial Reporting, Taxation, Payroll, and Compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Oversee payroll operations for a large employee base.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Benefits Administration.




- Experience working with Staffing, IT Services, or Consulting organizations is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- CA qualification is preferred.
