- Digitize assigned sources — lab registers, production logs, quality reports, machine logbooks — per standard templates
- Validate every entry against the source document; accuracy is the job, not volume
- Flag inconsistencies in source records (unit changes, missing periods, illegible entries) rather than guessing or skipping
- Document each source: who creates it, at what frequency, and any known quirks
- Build working relationships with plant record-keepers — they are the real source system
- Cross-train on a second plant as your primary sources are stabilised

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years in plant MIS, quality lab,
production planning, Digitization/Data Entry, Plant MIS, Production, Quality, or a similar manufacturing operations role
- Excel proficiency; meticulous attention to detail; comfortable working at plants on a day-to-day basis
- Should have experience in plant system monitoring.
- Proficiency in manual and computerized/digital data entry is required.
- Robust Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail are required.
- The role will involve accurately digitizing plant records, validating data, and working closely with plant teams to ensure high-quality, analysis-ready data.
- Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry would be preferred.
