We're looking for an experienced Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Finance & Accounting) to join our team in Noida on a hybrid work model.

Key Requirements

Must have skills - GenAI/Agentic AI, Digital Transformation & F&A; ✅ 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation & Solutioning (Opportunity identification and solutioning)

✅ Strong experience in the Finance & Accounting domain (R2R/P2P/O2C

✅ Hands-on understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives

✅ Knowledge of RPA capabilities and robotics projects

✅ Experience in business process assessment, solution design, and change management

✅ Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills

✅ Expertise in Cost-Benefit Analysis and benefit quantification

✅ Experience leading or mentoring Lean Six Sigma projects Ability to effectively communication with internal and external stakeholder on a periodic basis (written & verbal) In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, identify transformation opportunities, drive automation initiatives, and deliver measurable business value.
