Position: Digital Module Testing

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Experience: 2 to 6Years

Package: As per Industry standards

Experience

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in digital electronics testing, board testing, validation, or troubleshooting.
- Experience in prototype testing and production testing is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Education): B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing and verification of digital electronic modules and boards.
- Read and interpret circuit schematics, block diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Conduct power-on checks and functional verification of digital boards.
- Troubleshoot and identify faults at component and module levels.
- Measure and verify electrical parameters using test and measurement equipment.
- Record test results and prepare detailed test reports.
- Analyze test failures and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams for technical issue resolution.
- Validate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and design revisions.




- Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and production testing.
- Develop, review, and update test procedures, test plans, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with ESD and laboratory safety procedures.
- Maintain test equipment calibration and ensure proper handling and usage.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Required Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital electronics and electronic circuits.
- Hands-on experience in digital board/module testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, block diagrams, and BOMs.
- Good knowledge of electronic test and measurement instruments, such as:
- Digital Multimeter (DMM)
- Oscilloscope (DSO/CRO)
- Function/Signal Generator
- DC Power Supply
- Logic Analyzer
- Knowledge of power-on testing, functional verification, and board bring-up.
- Ability to troubleshoot faults at component and module levels.
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure analysis.
- Knowledge of ECO/ECN and design revision validation.
- Good documentation and test-reporting skills.
- Knowledge of ESD precautions and laboratory safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively with Design, Production, and Quality teams.

Minimum Service Agreement:
- 24 months service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.
- 12 months service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
