AiDamsole Agile Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our digital marketing team and manage end-to-end marketing strategies for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise in paid advertising and SEO, and the ability to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media.
- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, video editors, and developers for campaign execution.
- Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure monthly targets, ROI, and client objectives are achieved.

Required Skills





- 3–5 years of Digital Marketing experience (Agency experience preferred)
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience with Google Search Console and keyword research tools
- Team management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
