Role Scope:

We are looking for a creative, AI-savvy marketing qualified who can bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling and engaging social media content. This role is ideal for someone who loves designing high-quality creatives, stays updated with the latest AI design tools, and enjoys building a strong social media presence for a brand.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or service industries.

- Hands-on experience in social media, paid campaigns, content marketing, and lead generation.

Key Deliverables:

- Design high-quality marketing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, emailers, blogs, and other marketing collateral.

- Develop engaging static graphics, carousels, infographics, banners, GIFs, and short-form video assets.





- Ensure all creatives are aligned with the brand identity and visual guidelines.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert campaign ideas into compelling visual content.

- Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, layouts, and overall brand aesthetics.

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Create engaging captions and coordinate the publishing of content.

- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.

Key Technical Skills

- Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO & SEM.

- Social media marketing and campaign management.

- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar.
