Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team (Performance Marketing, SEO, Content & Design).
- Own end-to-end demand generation across paid and organic channels.
- Execute campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and ABM platforms.
- Drive SEO, content marketing, and organic lead generation.
- Plan global campaigns targeting North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Optimize funnels through A/B testing, landing pages, retargeting, and analytics.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Own marketing KPIs, budgets, CPL, CAC, pipeline, and ROI.

Requirements





- 8 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation & Performance Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Strong experience in IT Services/Technology Consulting marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, and ABM.
- Good understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, Big Data, Salesforce, Odoo, DevOps, and Cloud services.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset and focus on revenue growth.
