This is not a support role: you'll be our first dedicated marketing hire, with a explicit path to lead the team we build around you.

You'd be joining at the ground floor of that growth. About the Role

You will run paid advertising for KloudBoy's client accounts, with Google Ads as your primary channel and Meta Ads as your secondary.

Your core focus: campaign configuration done right - account structure, keywords, audiences, conversion tracking - and continuous optimisation toward conversions, not just clicks. Twelve months in, success looks like this: client campaigns that consistently hit conversion and cost targets, clean reporting that clients trust, and processes strong enough that we can hire a team around you - which you'll help lead. What You'll Do

Own Google Ads for client accounts - Plan, configure, and launch campaigns end-to-end: account structure, keyword research, ad copy, audiences, bidding strategy, and budgets.

Get tracking right - Set up and verify conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager / GA4) so every campaign is measured on what actually matters.

Optimise for conversions - Run A/B tests on ads and landing-page alignment, cut wasted spend,



and improve quality score, CTR, CPA, and ROAS week over week.

Run Meta Ads - Plan and manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns as a secondary channel.

Report on results - Build transparent, honest performance reports and walk stakeholders through what's working, what isn't, and what's next.

Required

1–2 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns (Search essential; Display/Performance Max a plus).

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram campaigns).

Experience with conversion tracking and reporting - GA4, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent.

Ability to analyse campaign data and act on it: budgets, bids, keywords, creatives.

Strong written and spoken English - you'll communicate results to clients and stakeholders.

A self-learner's mindset: you figure things out, stay current, and don't wait to be told.

Leadership potential - comfortable owning outcomes solo now, and keen to mentor and lead as the team grows. Nice to Have

Google Ads certification(s).

Experience working in an agency or managing campaigns for external clients.

Familiarity with landing-page best practices, basic SEO, or tools like Looker Studio for reporting.

Compensation & Details

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
