About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team at atsMantra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our Coconut ERP & CRM solutions.

In addition to making outbound calls, the Telecaller will support our digital marketing initiatives by creating straightforward content and managing our social media platforms. This role offers a unique blend of sales and marketing responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in both domains while contributing to the growth of our innovative business solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with the confidence to interact with business owners and decision-makers.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is preferred.



Candidates should have good writing skills to create simple marketing content and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software will be advantageous. The role requires a self-motivated, organized individual with a keen eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Coconut ERP & CRM solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange demos and follow up with customers post-interaction.
- Create simple promotional content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Post regular updates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to enhance brand presence.
- Assist in executing email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine outreach strategies.
