Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation for Arctic Turns. The specialist will manage social media platforms, develop content for digital campaigns, monitor website performance, and analyze web traffic and engagement metrics.

Responsibilities include coordinating online promotions,



collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals, and preparing performance reports to guide future strategies. The role also requires staying current with digital marketing trends and tools relevant to technology consulting and Oracle solutions.

Qualifications

Solid skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns.

Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow engagement across platforms.

Proficiency in Web Analytics to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance and website behavior.

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create clear, compelling messaging.

Familiarity with B2B marketing, preferably in technology or consulting services.

Ability to work on-site in Chennai and coordinate multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
