We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives and strengthen our online presence across all digital platforms.

Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, improve patient engagement, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, website management, analytics, content marketing, and other emerging digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and keyword visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Work closely with content and web development teams to optimize website performance.

Social Media Management

- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Monitor audience engagement and online reputation.
- Drive community growth and patient engagement initiatives.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Drive patient acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Website & Digital Experience

- Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization initiatives.




- Collaborate with technology partners for enhancements and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure excellent user experience and website performance.

Content & Email Marketing

- Develop digital content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage blogs, healthcare articles, newsletters, and patient education campaigns.
- Execute email marketing and marketing automation initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing dashboards.
- Track KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Healthcare Brand & Reputation Management

- Monitor and manage online reviews and brand sentiment.
- Support hospital marketing campaigns, awareness programs, and service-line promotions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare communication standards and regulatory guidelines.

Digital Innovation

- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, automation platforms, and recent advertising technologies.
- Recommend innovative strategies to improve digital presence and patient acquisition.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in social media strategy and content marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable outcomes.

Eligibility

- Any Graduation Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, or related roles.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, healthcare services, or consumer-facing industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹900,000.00 per year
