What You'll Do Plan and run Meta Ads campaigns end to end: audience setup, creative testing, budget allocation, scaling.
Optimize for cost per qualified lead, not just cost per lead, in coordination with the sales team.
Set up Meta Pixel/Conversions API with proper conversion events (qualified lead, meeting booked). We're Looking For 1-2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (agency, in-house, or freelance). You should be able to walk us through real campaigns you've managed, budgets, and results.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets.
Can explain CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and which levers move each, not just define them, but reason about them.
