Job Title: Marketing Manager Digital Commerce

About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager Digital Commerce who will own the commercial performance of assigned categories across digital commerce platforms. The role involves driving category growth through demand generation, pricing and promotional strategies, content optimization, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Brand, Key Account Management, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the commercial performance of assigned product categories across digital commerce platforms.
- Drive category revenue, profitability, market share, and ROI through effective digital commerce strategies.
- Plan and manage on-platform marketing investments while influencing off-platform demand generation activities.
- Develop and optimize product content, ensuring best-in-class digital shelf execution.
- Design and execute pricing and promotional strategies across various online marketplaces.




- Identify digital commerce-specific innovation opportunities, including new product launches and price-pack architecture.
- Monitor category performance, analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Key Account Managers, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive continuous improvements in digital commerce execution through consumer insights and market trends.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.

Required Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Digital Commerce.
- Proven experience driving business growth through digital commerce channels.
- Experience working in FMCG/CPG companies; Food & Beverage industry experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of online marketplace ecosystems and digital commerce business models.
