Key Responsibilities

· Drive lead generation and customer acquisition for Hello Credit's loan marketplace.

· Create, manage, and optimize engaging digital content across multiple platforms.

· Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

· Implement and track UTM campaigns to measure performance and maximize conversions.

· Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and marketing metrics to improve ROI.

· Ensure compliance with advertising policies and financial services marketing guidelines.

· Work closely with business, product, and sales teams to achieve growth targets.

· Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.

· Strong hands-on experience with:

· Google Ads

· Meta Ads

· SEO & SEM

· Google Analytics,



reporting and tracking tools

· Messaging platforms (RCS, Email, WhatsApp API)

· Expertise in campaign optimization, lead generation, and conversion tracking.

· Experience with UTM creation, tracking, and attribution analysis.

· Robust analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication and content planning abilities.

· Knowledge of loan, lending, fintech, or credit score marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or financial services.

· Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance marketing metrics.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.
