Digital Marketing Executive / Manager (AI Knowledge Mandatory)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing along with strong knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation. Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
2. Develop and implement SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
3. Utilize AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, marketing automation platforms, etc.) to improve campaign performance, content creation, and productivity.
4. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms, providing actionable insights.
5. Create high-quality marketing content, landing pages, ad copies, blogs, and creatives using AI-assisted workflows while maintaining brand consistency.
6. Manage website updates, lead generation funnels, CRM integrations, and marketing automation processes.
7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging AI technologies to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
8. Collaborate with the sales, design, and business development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
9. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
10. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends, proactively implementing new tools and best practices to improve business outcomes.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in Digital Marketing (28+ years, depending on role).
- Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of AI tools for marketing, content creation, campaign optimization, and automation.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to deliver measurable business results.
