The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, and content creation. The role involves managing the company's online presence, generating quality leads, and creating engaging content for our logistics business.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Mohali (Phase 8B)

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on interview performance and last drawn salary)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality B2B leads through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing channels.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and marketing content.
- Capture photos and videos during office events, celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries, Fun Friday activities, and company events for social media.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO (On-page & Off-page) and improve website rankings.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of Digital Marketing experience.




- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
- Experience creating reels, short videos, and social media content.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
