Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern (Unpaid) will support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks across Small Fare’s portfolio of brands in a remote internship role.

Responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping develop and refine marketing strategies, and supporting basic sales and outreach activities. The intern will help create and organize marketing materials,



contribute to social media and digital campaigns, and provide customer-focused support where needed. This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, with opportunities to learn about fintech, events, e-commerce, and creator-focused marketing.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and audience insights.

Interest or basic experience in Sales and outreach, including lead follow-up and relationship building.

Foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning and brand positioning.

Customer Service mindset, with the ability to respond professionally and empathetically to inquiries and feedback.

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and initiative.

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media, basic analytics, CRM or project management tools) is a plus.
