- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

- Design basic creatives using Canva or similar design tools.

- Write engaging captions, blogs, articles, email campaigns, and website content.

- Assist in SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvement.

- Support website updates using WordPress or other CMS platforms.

- Create and manage Google Business Profile posts and updates.

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement on social media.

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other marketing tools.

- Conduct competitor research and identify recent digital marketing opportunities.

- Support event promotions, webinar registrations, and online community engagement.

- Maintain marketing databases, lead lists,



and campaign reports.

- Assist in basic photo/video editing for social media content and promotional campaigns.

- Coordinate with the design, content, and development teams to execute marketing initiatives.

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

- Submit a Daily Work Report (DWR) and update assigned tasks in the company's 17. project management system (Zoho Projects/Asana or as assigned).

- Perform additional marketing-related tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
