Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars
- Support performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reports
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Engage with audiences via comments and messages
- Research trends, competitors,
and digital strategies
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Knowledge of social media platforms and posting strategies
- Interest in performance marketing (training provided)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
