Role Description The Digital Marketing Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The faculty member will design and deliver curriculum covering core digital marketing concepts, including market research, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy, through lectures, workshops, and practical assignments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classroom sessions, guiding students on projects, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback.





The role also involves updating course materials to reflect current industry trends, collaborating with other trainers to improve program quality, and mentoring learners for internships and job placements.

Qualifications

Ability to apply Market Research and Research skills to design evidence-based teaching content and case studies.

Strong understanding of Consumer Behavior and Marketing principles to explain real-world digital marketing scenarios.

Proficiency in Marketing Management to teach planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns.

Practical experience in digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., SEO, social media, paid ads, analytics) is highly beneficial.

Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience in marketing or digital marketing is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
