Key Responsibilities: Plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and digital marketing trends Requirements: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Proven experience in lead generation campaigns Strong understanding of campaign optimization and ROAS Analytical mindset with positive reporting skills Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time If you are passionate about digital marketing and know how to generate high-quality leads that deliver measurable business results, we’d love to hear from.
